ROKIDE ceramic flame spraying system

The ROKIDE flame spraying device has been designed to efficiently spray ceramic rods with a minimum number of adjustment knobs.

The principle of operation of ROKIDE is to spray molten ceramic particles by melting the tip of a ceramic rod with an acetylene-oxygen flame and turning this molten material into droplets. The atomization of these drops is accompanied by a stream of compressed air that surrounds the flame.

Due to a number of characteristics, the hot spray device is easy to operate. However, the user must adhere to standard safety rules associated with the use of compressed gases and combustible substances, as well as the high temperature produced.
