While our natural draught cooling towers use the chimney effect and the cooling air is drawn from the bottom to the top without any mechanical assistance, in our cell cooling towers, we make use of axial fans. These generate the air flow that provides the cooling capacity required.
Depending on size, capacity requirements and configuration of these installations, we use high-performance fans from established manufacturers.
The fan blades are made of GRP or aluminium alloys. The wheel hub and support elements are made of coated steel.
